Getting involved as a student organization

Residential Colleges is committed to helping student organizations with events and initiatives that help further the growth and overall learning of our students and promote the work of our five pillars. From financial help to co-sponsoring events, Residential Colleges works to determine the best way to support student organizations in their efforts to reach and engage with the Vanderbilt student body.

If your student organization is interested in partnering with Residential Colleges please fill out the following form. A member of our team will reach out to talk about the specifics of your request.

If your student organization would like to have an event featured in our first-year student newsletter, email Chad Novak with a brief description and graphic promoting your event by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday the week prior to distribution. If you would like your event publicized in our weekly upper-division newsletter (for all students living in upper-division residential colleges), email Grace Hollis a brief description and graphic by noon on Monday the week of distribution.
